CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I've created this policy to ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention in a calm, comfortable, and respectful environment. --- CONSULTATION DEPOSIT A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a consultation appointment. The consultation fee is $100, and the $25 deposit is applied toward the consultation balance. The remaining $75 is due at the time of the consultation. PROCEDURE DEPOSIT A $200 deposit is required to reserve a procedure appointment. The $200 deposit is applied toward the total cost of the scheduled procedure. The remaining balance is due according to Pamper Me Ink's payment policy. --- CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 1. 48-Hour Cancellation Notice 48+ hours notice: Client may reschedule; deposit can transfer to the new appointment according to your policy. 24–48 hours: $50 rescheduling fee before the new appointment is confirmed. Less than 24 hours / late cancellation: deposit is forfeited; a new deposit is required to rebook. 2. No-show: Deposit is forfeited; a new deposit is required to book another appointment. 3. Medical Exceptions: Cancellations due to medical emergencies must be accompanied by official documentation. If approved, the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment within 60 days. 4. Arrival Grace Period: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee. This ensures adequate time and safety for procedures. --- Life happens — I completely understand. I kindly ask for open communication so we can find the best solution together.
